Delivery Policy

All items are despatched by royal mail within 7 working days, so they should arrive with your mornings post. Some orders may require a signature on delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery address i.e. your work place if this is more convenient.

Whilst we endeavour to only show items on the website that are in stock, goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not supply goods.

Postage & Packing (UK)

• Standard Delivery: £1.95 (Royal Mail, 1-4 working days)
• Special Delivery: £4.95 (Royal Mail, next day before 12noon)
• All suede items will be dispatched by special delivery

Europe & Rest of World

• Europe & Ireland: £6.95 (Air Mail where applicable, 4-8 working days)
• Rest of World: £10.95 (Air Mail, 4-14 working days)
