REFUND POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please return unsuitable items unworn and in the same condition and original packaging as sold. We would suggest that you send either by recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting from the post office within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you will not be refunded the postage. Refunds are made within 7 days onto the card with which the item was paid for.

Images shown on our website may have slight colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors.

PLEASE NOTE - due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.

All measurements shown are approximate and all prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%. Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

VAT and duty
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include the UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. If your order is being sent to a member of the EC, then your invoice will include VAT at 17.5%. If your order is being dispatched outside of the EC, then your sales tax will be zero. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Claremont Clothing cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
